Rangeela B.V. (est. 1990) is a localization company, specialized in games. Initially it was a magazine publishing company that published Hoog Spel, the first multi platform games magazine in Benelux. The magazine ran from 1990 till 2000 after which Rangeela continued as a localization company.
Our motto at Rangeela is simple: we get the job done. We are all game lovers and therefore do nothing less then our very best to help you create the best game for the local territory. We are a no-nonsense company with short communication lines and are very flexible, even under tight deadlines.
Rangeela is headed by Harry van Horen who started in the gaming industry in 1984 and was from 1989 to 2000 the managing director of Home Software Benelux BV (Funsoft GmbH /GT Interactive), the main game distributor in the Benelux. Home Software Benelux BV started localizing games already in 1992, for which the services of Rangeela BV were used.
